Fridays Mo 52 week Money Challenge - Week 19....Took midweek change from the money pot.

I used a different collage app which reduced the quality of the pictures so I can't increase this size as I normally do. Anyway, it's week 19 of the year and of the challenge.  As normal, I decided it was easier to take change from the money pot rather than give the correct change. You know that's how many vending machines make more money by demanding 'correct change' so if you put in more you never get any change. Have you being cheated that way? I have.

So starting from the lower left picture and working upwards and clockwise or to the right. I have a twenty quid note. The next picture is the twenty quid note with the money pot. I opened the money pot took my change of one quid out. The following picture is me plonking the twenty quid into the post. After that is closing the pot with my one quid change outside the box.

I had to change some notes, so I took from change from the money pot. Yes, breaking the rules again, but you know what? It was bound to happen. Had to break a twenty to give someone a tenner (ten pound note).

I wish I could say how interesting and inspiring this challenge is but it's not. It's a down right pain and irritating. It's always on my mind how I'm going to meet next week, be it time wise to take pictures or where I'm going to get the cash from. Its sucks. Why am I doing it? It's a challenge and I want to see how far I can get.

I'm thinking of moving this to my weekly round up. Maybe even my movie/film night since that is falling behind due to work. However this week I didn't get DVD movies, anyway I reported them to the place but they may come tomorrow. There is normally a backlog with the post/mail after a bank holiday.

Daily Writing Journal: Mo Money Challenge - week 8 which means £8 in the tin!

£8 in coins So I'm on my second week on saving and still not sure. I'm not feeling the pinch per se, but it's hard thinking how am I going to maintain this. So I managed to get a few coins out and gather some change, but at some point I'll really need to organise this. I've put in four fifty pence pieces with come up to two pounds sterling and the rest in pound coins.  Remember the money tin from last week. Well it all went inside that.... How am I feeling? Slightly bored but I still have a long way to go..... Saving money is boring, spending is more interesting.

Weekly update. Verdict on Check It movie, lack of black male role models and normal boring stuff. Oh and I'm still fat.

Hello everyone! So new focus. Yes, I never know what to write about. Never know what’s interesting so I’m just going to write for myself…if that makes sense. There are slew of blogs trying to change the world, radicalise the world, and revolutionise the world so I’m not doing that here. Not am I going to think - oh will people find this interesting or boring. To be frank, I’m a pretty boring person but hey ho let me write.  I’m thinking of changing my gym. Well right now I’m a member of Virgin Active Health Club which styles itself as a life style gym, and to be honest the only thing I use is the hot tub, sauna and steam room. In the three years I’ve been a member, I’ve only been in the gym about ten times, gone for two classes - they are always fully book so I only really just use the hydro-pool/spa, and steam room. I’m a member of the Islington Angel branch which is were all the posh liberals are.  This is a picture of the spa, and pool. The pool can be a bit chill at times.
